Frame Color Options
Frame Colors
-
Our screen enclosure frames come in two neutral frame color finishes to coordinate with your home. Choose from white or bronze.
-
Bronze is the most popular choice as it tends to hide mildew buildup caused by the humid climate of the south.

Screen Types
Screen Types
Our screens are individually installed in each bay for maximum performance. This keeps the screen mesh taunt and makes any necessary repairs down the road much easier.

Polycore Screen
-
Our polycore screen is the industry’s premier screen material and is standard in our BetterView enclosures. The 17x20 and 20x20 No-See-Um screen mesh is comprised of a heavy-duty polyester material that maintains its color, visual appearance and structural integrity much longer than traditional fiberglass products. It’s tough enough to withstand debris, children, animals and the harmful effects of the sun, yet has a thin enough profile to allow light transmittance and maximum airflow. Third-party lab testing has concluded that the polycore screen has the highest burst point than any other product on the market, making it the clear choice for golf course living.
-
Our polycore screen is ortho-phthalate free as well as nonylphenol free.

Fiberglass Screen
-
Our fiberglass screen comes standard in our standard pool and screen enclosures. The 18 x 14 20x20 No-see-um screen mesh is comprised of fiberglass mesh and designed for use in large screened-in areas.

Glas-Shield

Phifer Glas-Shield is our 18×14 fiberglass mesh that has been vinyl – laminated. Glas-Shield can be installed in the lower enclosure panels (chair rail down) to keep dirt and debris out of pool enclosures. Glas-Shield also functions as a privacy screen in vertical (wall) applications, however it is not made to be used as roofing material or in horizontal applications.
PetScreen®: Dog & Cat Resistant Screening

Looking for an insect screen that will keep most bugs out but withstand the wear and tear from your dog or cat? PetScreen is the perfect choice for you! The pet-resistant window screen is perfect for your home or for your pool or patio.
TuffScreen® No-See-Um

Looking for a reliable insect screen that’s built to last? TuffScreen No-See-Um is made from durable mesh and keeps most small insects out. Use TuffScreen for your patio, porch and pool enclosure to protect your home and increase daytime privacy.
Concrete or Pavers
At Ron L Aluminum, we proudly offer our customers the option to add concrete or paver installations under one seamless contract — saving time, reducing hassle, and ensuring consistent quality from start to finish.

Whether you’re upgrading a patio, driveway, or walkway, choosing between concrete and pavers comes down to style, durability, and budget. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide

Concrete

What it is?
Poured concrete is a solid slab made from a mix of cement, sand, gravel, and water. It can be finished smooth, broomed, stamped, or stained to match your style.

Pros:

• Quick installation — ideal for large areas
• Low maintenance — occasional sealing and crack repair
• Custom finishes — stamped, stained, or polished for a high-end look
Cons:
• Prone to cracking — especially in Florida’s heat
• Repairs can be visible — patching rarely blends perfectly
• Limited design flexibility — less texture and variation than pavers
Pavers

What are they?
Pavers are individual units made from concrete, brick, or stone. They’re laid in patterns over a compacted base and sand or existing concrete.

Pros:

• Highly durable — resist cracking and shifting
• Easy to repair — replace single units without disturbing the whole surface
• Design versatility — endless shapes, colors, and patterns
• Slip-resistant — great for pool decks and walkways
Cons:

• Longer install time — more labor-intensive
• Weed growth — may require occasional joint maintenance
