Sun Rooms |
|---|
A Sun Room is a structure that is usually constructed onto the side of a house, to allow enjoyment of the surrounding landscape, while being sheltered from adverse weather conditions.
The structure is often referred to as a patio room, solarium, conservatory, patio enclosure or Florida Room.
It has large clear glass or acrylic panels to give the illusion of 'glass walls' and give maximum viewing ability. The roof is usually made of three inch composite.
Why not convert your screen room into a Florida Room and gain access to it all year round by eliminating the intense heat or cold of a screen room.
Some 'glass rooms' are designed for scenic view, while others are designed to collect sunlight for warmth and light.
In comparison, a Screen Room is enclosed with screening instead of glass or acrylic.
We are very proud of our 'collection' of Sun Room projects. This is a great way to add a room to your existing home at an economical cost.
Below are photos of some of our projects in a variety of styles and sizes that have all been engineered to comply with State Building Codes.
